用酸解法提取玉米秸中的混合单糖并用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)对糖的成份进行分析 ,其中木糖含量 10 18% ,果糖含量为 2 3% ,葡萄糖含量为 0 6 % .用原子吸收光谱法测定玉米秸中 12种无机元素的含量 .

The mixed monosaccharides in corn stalks were extracted by acid hydrolysis and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The content of xylose was 10 18%, the content of fructose was 23% and the content of glucose was 0 6% Determination of 12 inorganic elements in corn stalks by atomic absorption spectrometry.
