目的了解大学新生对结核病防治知识的掌握情况,探索结核病防治健康教育的有效方法。方法在新生入学后进行基线调查后,发放结核病防治知识健康教育处方,自学15d后进行效果评价。结果干预前、后新生结核病知识总知晓率分别为48.5%和83.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);结核病相关行为正确率干预后均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在高校开展结核病防治知识健康教育对提高大学生结核病知识效果理想。发放“结核病防治知识健康教育处方”是经济、有效的健康教育措施。
Objective To understand the freshmen ’s knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control and to explore effective ways to prevent and cure tuberculosis. Methods After the new students enroll in the baseline survey, the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control health education prescriptions issued after 15 days of self-efficacy evaluation. Results The total awareness rates of tuberculosis knowledge before and after intervention were 48.5% and 83.9%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). Tuberculosis-related behaviors were significantly improved after intervention (P <0.01) ). Conclusions To carry out tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge and health education in colleges and universities is an ideal way to improve the knowledge of tuberculosis among college students. Issuance of “knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment of health education prescription” is an economic and effective health education measures.
