Mike Mayberry, vice president and head of component research at Intel’s Technology and Manufacturing Division, today unveiled a semiconductor process roadmap to demonstrate Intel’s manufacturing process planning for the next few years. According to this roadmap, Intel’s semiconductor process will continue to strictly enforce the Tick-Tock strategy, upgraded once every two years. Currently under development is the 22 nm process, mass production is expected in the second half, made in the first half of next year
