从病虾中制备病毒粗提液感染日本对虾健康成虾.实验在20~24℃水族缸中进行,感染途径分别为头胸甲内近肝胰脏处注射病毒粗提液、投注射病毒粗提液的新鲜牡蛎及直接投病虾肝胰脏.感染7d后死亡率分别为53.3%、50%及55%.利用电镜可在感染致死的对虾肝胰脏中观察到与作为感染源的病虾中形态、大小相同的病毒颗粒.结果表明该病毒可通过饵料由消化道传播,这种病毒感染方法可作为该种病毒人工传代培养的有效方法.
Preparation of virulent crude extract from diseased shrimp infected Japanese shrimp healthy into shrimp. The experiment was carried out in an aquarium with a temperature of 20-24 ° C.
