Problems to be Solved in the Regional Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Area The Bohai Rim Metropolitan Area is an important and crucial “third pole” to China’s economic growth after the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta and occupies a rather important position in the economic structure of our country . As a regional core and an important growth pole of the Bohai-Rim urban agglomeration, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area is clearly visible in its national strategy.
