荧光渗透法是机械制造工业中重要的无损检验方法之一。三年多来,在中国科学院上海有机所,三机部航空材料研究所和红安公司共同努力下,合成了四类荧光染料,研制了自乳化 ZA 型、ZB 型和后乳化 HA、HB 型共4个型号九个品种的荧光渗透液。经三机部红旗机械厂、民航一○一厂等九个工厂的使用考核,效果良好。今年8月3~7日,中国科学院和三机部在北京召开了鉴定会。参加会议的共61个单位、87名代表。会议成立了鉴定小组,全面审查了研制和使用报告,并对一些重要指标进行了现场使用考核。鉴定结
Fluorescence penetration is one of the most important non-destructive testing methods in the machinery manufacturing industry.
