1505 特发性甲状旁腺机能低减23例临床分析史轶繁等中华内科杂志20(5),278,1981首都医院1957～1978年收治特发性甲状旁腺机能低减23例,其中男12例,女11例,平均发病年龄为23.7岁(82.7%在11～40岁发病),平均就诊年龄为32.7岁.可见本病系青年及中年人的一种慢性疾病,其病程较长。特发性甲状旁腺机能低减现认为可能是自家免疫病,诊断标准是:(1)血钙低,临床有慢性手足搐搦等低血钙症状和体征。(2)血磷正常或升高.(3)无佝偻病、慢性肾
