作为近年来图书馆界的研究热点,从20世纪70年代开始,世界各国对图书馆绩效评估开展了一系列的学术研讨活动,并组织制定了评估标准规范图书馆绩效评估,提高图书馆工作效率。本文介绍了图书馆绩效评估的目标和方法,并对当前绩效评估存在的问题进行了浅要分析。
As a research hotspot in the field of library science in recent years, all countries in the world have carried out a series of academic seminars on library performance evaluation since the 1970s, and have organized and formulated evaluation standards to standardize the performance evaluation of libraries and improve the efficiency of library work . This paper introduces the objectives and methods of library performance evaluation, and analyzes the problems existing in current performance evaluation.
