建协秘函[2007]11号各省、自治区、直辖市建筑业协会(联合会、施工行业协会),有关行业建设协会,国资委管理的有关建筑业企业,各直属会员单位及相关单位:为适应社会发展要求和行业发展需要,充分发挥媒体的宣传、导向、监督作用,经新闻出版总署同意,由中国建筑业协会与中国建筑科学研究院共同主办的《工程质量》杂志在每年12期的基础上,再出版12期《精品》专刊。
