为密切家园联系,帮助幼儿园改进工作,提高办园质量,我园从去年上半年开始,让家长参与幼儿园的教育与管理,试行了家长值班制度。值班家长在值班时,观察幼儿一日生活及园内各方面情况,并将观察结果与意见及时反馈给园长。实践证明,家长值班制度是家长参与幼儿园民主管理的一种有效方式,也是提高幼儿园教育质量的有效途径。
To close contact with their hometowns, to help nursery schools to improve their work and to improve the quality of their campuses, I Park started the first half of last year with parents participating in the education and management of kindergartens and piloting the parent duty system. On duty, parents on duty observe the day-to-day activities of young children and all aspects of the park, and give timely feedback to the registrar on the observations and opinions. Practice has proved that the parent duty system is an effective way for parents to participate in the democratic management of kindergartens and is also an effective way to improve the quality of kindergarten education.
