随着油田后期开发的进行,我们所承钻的一些井井深呈现增大趋势,超过3500m的深井所占比例逐渐增加。胜利油田地层进入沙河街组之后,地层压实程度逐渐增加,地层可钻性变差,机械钻速较上部地层下降较多,如何提高深井机械钻速成为一个摆在眼前的迫在眉睫的问题,本文通过东营地区几口超过3500m的井钻井施工中钻头选择、使用情况,总结规律,旨在找出最优化的钻头选择方案,提高深井钻井的机械钻速。
With the development of the oilfield in the late stage, some of the wells we drilled showed an increasing trend of well depth, and the proportion of deep wells over 3500m gradually increased. After the formation of Shahejie Formation in Shengli Oilfield, the degree of formation compaction gradually increases, the drillability of formation becomes worse, and the rate of ROP decreases more than that of the upper strata. How to improve the penetration rate of deep well becomes an urgent problem in front of us. Through the selection, usage and summarization of drill bit in well drilling in several wells in Dongying area with several ports over 3500m, the aim is to find out the optimal bit selection scheme and improve the penetration rate of deep well drilling.
