本文从理论分析和X频段的微波模拟实验出发,探讨了光的偏振对集成光路衰耗的影响;并提出:若适当选择光路的工作模式,可在不改变波导的几何结构和电气剖面的情况下,取得较小的损耗,使集成光路具有较好的性能。
Based on the theoretical analysis and the X-band microwave simulation experiments, the influence of the polarization of light on the attenuation of the integrated optical path is discussed in this paper.
