根据财政部办法的《事业单位财务规则》中的相关规定,针对目前事业单位经济管理行为进行解析,同时在具体分析的基本前提下提出改进的建议:强化事业单位经济管理,创建完善的内部掌控机制,望能对同行业有一定的参考价值。
