海底管道悬跨是海洋石油管道工程中十分常见且亟需解决的问题。介绍了填充沙袋法、覆盖“仿生水草”法、灌浆法及固定支撑法等传统悬跨处理措施。阐述了悬臂梁支撑法处理管道悬跨的原理及其施工工艺。在海底管道底部安装支撑结构,并通过吸力桩将支撑结构固定到海底,可以在管道的生命周期内永久性解决管道悬跨问题。将悬臂梁支撑法应用于乐东气田某管道,结果表明:悬臂梁支撑方案施工工艺简单,不影响油田生产,而且可靠性高,在费用和效果上都具有很大的应用优势。该方法可为解决深水海底管道悬跨问题提供借鉴。(图3,参6)。
Submarine pipe suspension is a very common and urgent problem to be solved in offshore oil pipeline projects. The paper introduces the sand filling method, covering the “bionic aquatic” method, filling method and the traditional support method and other traditional suspension treatment measures. The principle of cantilever beam supporting method and its construction technology are described. Installing a support structure on the bottom of a subsea pipeline and fixing the support structure to the sea floor with suction piles permanently solves the problem of pipe overhangs over the life of the pipeline. The cantilever beam method is applied to a pipeline in Ledong gas field. The results show that the construction technology of the cantilever beam support scheme is simple and does not affect the production of oilfields. Moreover, it has high reliability and great application advantages in cost and effect. The method can provide reference for solving the problem of suspension of deep-sea pipelines.
