全军首届眼肌屈光学术交流会于1991年10月21～25日在北京海军总医院召开。中华眼科学会名誉主席李凤鸣教授、中华眼科学会斜视弱视学组主席、全军眼科专业组组长宋琛教授出席了会议。出席会议的代表73名。共收到来自各军区、军兵种、军医大学及武警部队等70个单位104篇论文。会议宣读了50篇。内容包括:眼肌、屈光的基础理论和视觉电生理研究、临床诊断、治疗、手术、流行病学调查及新技术等。会
The first military ophthalmic refractive academic exchange was held in Beijing Navy General Hospital from October 21 to 25, 1991. Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Academy of Ophthalmology Professor Li Fengming, China Ophthalmology Strabismus amblyopia group chairman, the army ophthalmology professional group leader Professor Song Chen attended the meeting. 73 delegates attended the meeting. A total of 104 papers were received from 70 units in various military regions, military arms, military medical universities and armed police units. The meeting read 50 articles.
