1 引言自1986年 J.G.Bodnorz 和 K.A.Muller 研制出35k的高温超导体之后,至今仅短短的一年多时间里,高温超导的研究在全世界掀起了一个高潮,而且取得了空前的累累成果。随着研究工作的深入,高温超导的研究课题日益增多,这些课题目前仍在强烈地吸引着全世界的科学家们。本文之目的,是将高温超导目前的研究现状,按“材料的研制”、“特性的研究”、“结构和机理的研究”、“薄膜和应用研究”等四个方面加以介绍,然后对今后高温超导的研究方向提出某些展望。
1 Introduction Since 1986, J.G. Bodnorz and K.A. Muller developed 35k high-temperature superconductor, so far only in just over a year, the study of HTS has set off a climax in the world, and achieved unprecedented results. With the deepening of research work, the research topics of HTS are increasing day by day. These topics are still strongly attracting scientists from all over the world. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the current research status of HTS in four aspects: “material development”, “research on properties”, “structure and mechanism research”, “thin film and applied research” Future high temperature superconducting research put forward some prospects.
