为探讨转铁蛋白在慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)发病中的作用,采用免疫比浊法及硫代巴比妥酸比色法检测了COPD急性发作期、缓解期血清及痰中转铁蛋白和过氧化脂质(LPO)浓度。结果表明,COPD患者发作期转铁蛋白浓度下降,LPO浓度增高,痰中改变最为显著,转铁蛋白与LPO浓度之间呈显著负相关。提示COPD患者转铁蛋白合成减少,其体内免疫力及抗氧化能力下降,可能是其急性发作的一个因素。
In order to investigate the role of transferrin in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), the immunoturbidimetric method and thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method were used to detect the levels of serum and sputum transferrin in acute exacerbation of COPD Lipid-oxidizing (LPO) concentration. The results showed that COPD patients in the attack of transferrin concentration decreased, LPO concentration increased, the most significant change in sputum, transferrin and LPO concentration was significantly negatively correlated. Tip COPD patients reduced transferrin synthesis, the body’s immune system and decreased antioxidant capacity, may be a factor in its acute attack.
