我厂在加工多种不同偏心量的偏心轴零件中,设计制造成一种通用偏心轴车夹具(见图1),经实际应用,证明该夹具具有结构简单,使用方便,通用性好等优点,适用于单件小批生产和试制新产品。主要结构介绍如下。图1夹具由偏心心轴3(见图2)、偏心座4(见图3)及弹簧夹头6等组成。偏心心轴3上与偏心座4相配合的孔A与莫氏外锥的偏心量为e。偏心座4与偏心心轴3滑配连接,外圆上刻好分度后,对准零位线,用螺钉将件4压紧在件3上。再将整个夹具用莫氏外锥装在车床上,然后车制偏心座4上安装弹簧夹头6的
