目的了解医疗机构消毒状况,提高消毒质量,控制医院感染。方法 2011年3-10月对鼓楼区各级医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、无菌医疗用品等进行采样和检测。结果共采样1 258份,合格1 024份,平均总合格率为81.39%,其中辖区医院、乡镇卫生院和个体诊所合格率分别为93.09%、84.42%和72.84%,三者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该区医疗机构消毒质量还有待提高,应加强消毒质量的监督监测。
Objective To understand the disinfection of medical institutions, improve the quality of disinfection, control of nosocomial infections. Methods From March to October, 2011, samples and tests were performed on indoor air, surface of objects, hand of medical staff, disinfectant used, sterile medical supplies, etc. of medical institutions at all levels in Drum Tower Area. Results A total of 1 258 samples were obtained, which qualified 1 024 copies with an average total passing rate of 81.39%. The passing rates of hospitals, township hospitals and individual clinics were 93.09%, 84.42% and 72.84% respectively. The differences among the three groups were statistically significant Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The quality of disinfection in medical institutions should be improved. Supervision and monitoring of disinfection quality should be strengthened.
