目的 :研究尖锐湿疣 (CA)患者自然杀伤 (NK)细胞活性及其与血清白介素 1 2 (IL- 1 2 )水平的关系 ,探讨其发病机理。方法 :应用 NK细胞毒性试验乳酸脱氢酶释放法 (LDH-释放法 )测定 32例 CA患者 NK细胞的活性 ;用抗体夹心 ELISA法检测其血清中 IL- 1 2水平 ;并对其 NK细胞活性与血清 IL- 1 2水平作相关分析。结果 :CA患者 NK细胞活性明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ;血清 IL- 1 2水平明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ;NK细胞活性与血清 IL- 1 2水平呈正相关 (r=0 .891 9,P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :CA患者 IL- 1 2水平低下所导致的一系列免疫抑制效应 (包括在病毒早期感染时 ) ,不能有效地启动 Th 1型细胞对病毒抗原的应答反应以及增强 T细胞和 NK细胞活性 ,从而在 CA发病机理中起着重要的作用。
Objective: To study the relationship between natural killer (NK) cell activity and interleukin-12 (IL-12) level in patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) and to explore its pathogenesis. Methods: The activity of NK cells in 32 patients with CA was measured by the method of NK cytotoxicity test (LDH-LDH). The level of IL-12 in serum was detected by antibody sandwich ELISA. The NK cell activity And serum IL-12 levels for the correlation analysis. Results: The NK cell activity of CA patients was significantly lower than that of normal control group (P <0.05); the level of serum IL-12 was significantly lower than that of normal control group (P <0.05); NK cell activity and serum IL- 1 2 levels were positively correlated (r = 0.891 9, P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: A series of immunosuppressive effects (including at early viral infection) caused by the low level of IL-12 in CA patients do not effectively trigger the response of Th 1 type cells to viral antigens and enhance the activity of T cells and NK cells. Thus playing an important role in the pathogenesis of CA.
