盐适应烟草愈伤组织与不适应愈伤组织K+.Na+含量一致,Na+吸收速率下降;与无NaCl培养基上生长的愈伤组织相比,K+含量下降,Na+含量大幅度上升,Na+吸收速率下降.结果表明,Na+缓慢吸收可减轻Na+积累的毒害.
Salt adapts to tobacco callus and non - adapted callus K +. Na + content and Na + absorption rate decreased. Compared with callus grown on NaCl-free medium, K + content decreased, Na + content increased significantly, Na + absorption rate decreased. The results showed that the slow Na + absorption can reduce the accumulation of Na + poisoning.
