振兴建材工业必须牢固树立“把全部经济工作转到以提高经济效益为中心的轨道上来”这个指导思想。为使建材工业的发展适应经济建设发展的需要,我们要更好地组织建材的商品流通,必须理顺生产与流通的关系,开拓提高经济效益的新途径,以加速建材工业的前进步伐。
The revitalization of the building materials industry must firmly establish the guiding ideology of “turning all economic work into an orbit centered on improving economic efficiency”. In order to adapt the development of the building materials industry to the needs of economic development, we must better organize the circulation of commodities for building materials.
