应用SABC免疫方法分别检测了p27kipl和Rb蛋白在40例原发性肝癌组织中和20例肝硬化组织中的表达,分析了解p27kipl和Rb蛋白在原发性肝癌组织中的表达及其与原发性肝癌临床病理因素及预后的关系。
The expression of p27kipl and Rb protein in 40 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 20 cases of hepatic cirrhosis tissues were detected by SABC immunoassay.
