降脂宝片为中药复方制剂,由绞股蓝(七叶胆)、山楂、田七、黄精等中药组成,经药理实验证实该品具有降血脂功效。为给临床的应用提供安全性依据,我们观察了该品的长期毒性作用,报告如下。一、材料与方法药物:降脂宝片由我所药化室提供。动物:SD种大白鼠由广东省医用实验动物场提供,动物经检定合格。选体重80～100g健康大白鼠80只,雌雄各半,随机分成3个给药组及1个对照组,每组20只。用蒸馏水把降脂宝片配成20％、10％及5％浓度的药液,每只动物均按10ml/kg灌胃
As a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation, Jiangzhibao Tablet consists of Gynostemma pentaphyllum, Astragalus membranalis, Tianqi, Huangjing and other traditional Chinese medicines. The pharmacological experiment confirmed that the product has a hypolipidemic effect. In order to provide safety evidence for clinical applications, we have observed the long-term toxic effects of this product. The report is as follows. I. Materials and Methods Drugs: The lipid-lowering tablets are provided by our drug room. Animals: SD rats were provided by the Guangdong Medical Experimental Animal Farm. Animals passed the test. Eighty healthy male rats weighing 80 to 100 g were selected, male and female, and randomly divided into 3 administration groups and 1 control group, 20 in each group.
