(一)投入产出法的理论基础在我国社会主义条件下,投入产出法的理论基础,是马克思主义的经济理论.主要依据:(1)马克思主义关于将整个国民经济划分为物质生产部门与非物质生产部门的理论.马克思主义认为,社会总产品和国民收入是由物质生产部门所创造的,这些部门能创造满足人们需要的使用价值,如工业部门、农业部门、建筑业部门等.有些部门虽然不能直接创造使用价值,但是属于生产过程在流通领域中的继续,因此也是物质生产部门,如货物运输、商业、物资供应等部门.投入产出表中第一象限的部门,都是物质生
