解放以来 ,特别是改革开放 2 0年的高速发展 ,内蒙古工业化进程不断加大 ,形成具有一定现代化程度的工业体系 ,但我区仍处于工业化初期 ,工业经济总量小 ,制约着我区经济的发展 ,集中力量抓好工业结构调整 ,强调农村工业化与全区工业化的全面整合 ,构筑经济发展的新格局 ,不失时机地抓住西部开发的机遇 ,全面推进我区工业化进程
Since the liberation, especially with the rapid development of 20 years of reform and opening up, the process of industrialization in Inner Mongolia has continuously increased to form an industrial system with a certain degree of modernization. However, our district is still in the early stage of industrialization and the total industrial economy is small, which restricts the economic development of our region. Development, focusing on industrial restructuring, emphasizing the full integration of rural industrialization and industrialization throughout the region, building a new pattern of economic development, seizing the opportunity to seize the opportunities of western development, and fully advancing the process of industrialization in our region
