INTRODUCTION Cardiac output (Q) not only implies the pumping of blood in the heart itself, but also reflects the state of systemic gas metabolism and the metabolism of the terminal tissues and the retention of blood, so it is an indicator that should be valued during exercise one. For endurance sports, performance and aerobic metabolism are closely related. At present, scholars think: aerobic capacity is improved oxygen transport system and skeletal muscle oxidation results. Q has a direct relationship with oxygen transport system capabilities. Therefore, mastering changes in Q during exercise, using appropriate training methods, and improving Q’s ability undoubtedly improves performance.
