氧化应激可引起内皮细胞膜稳定性和通透性平衡失调、内分泌和旁分泌功能受损、黏附分子表达增加及脂质过氧化等。还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸氧化酶、髓过氧化物酶、一氧化氮合酶、脂肪氧化酶/环氧合酶、线粒体呼吸链酶复合体和黄嘌呤氧化酶等参与的酶促反应可导致机体活性氧自由基的产生。氧自由基损伤内皮细胞依赖性血管收缩舒张功能、加重炎症反应、促进内皮细胞的凋亡,然而抗氧化剂在分子水平对内皮细胞具有保护作用。“,”Oxidative stress can cause the imbalance of endothelial cell membrane stability and permea-bility,endocrine and paracrine function damage, increased expression of adhesion molecules and lipid peroxi-dation.The enzymatic reactions which are participated by enzymatic nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide oxi-dase,myeloperoxidase, nitric oxide synthase, lipoxygenase/cyclooxygenase, mitochondrial respiratory chain enzyme complexes and xanthine oxidase result in the generation of reactive oxygen species in the body .Oxy-gen radicals damage endothelium-dependent vascular systolic and diastolic function , aggravate inflammation and promote endothelial cells apoptosis,while anti-oxidants can protect endothelial cells on the cellular level.
