随着摩擦学的高速发展,润滑技术发生了巨大的变化,润滑领域的研究已经由传统润滑理论发展到薄膜润滑理论。各类添加剂的研发和不断完善,添加剂的复配技术不断成熟,使得润滑机理发生了质的变化。润滑油不再单靠油的黏度,而主要靠润滑油中的活性基团与金属基体表面的化学反应和化学吸附进行润滑。润滑油添加剂复配技术的应用,可以在最需要润滑的部位生成反应膜,有效地保护啮合表面。
With the rapid development of tribology, the lubrication technology has undergone tremendous changes.
