每个年级优秀学生的比例不足5%,中下游不及格的同学也就是我们所说的差生明显偏多。要想进一步提高英语教学的质量,特别是乡村中学的英语教学成绩,抓好差生的转化是一个关键性的问题。英语是一门语言,要真正的学好并掌握一门语言并不是一件容易的事情。在我从事了十二年英语教学工作之后,对此的体会就更加深刻了。我在近几年的教学中注意做好对后进生的转化,并取得了一定的成效,也积累了一点经验。下面就如何做好差生的转化,提高教学质量,谈一下自己的体会。
