目的观察VVI型心脏永久起搏器植入术后起搏阈值的变化规律及倍他乐克对其的影响。方法对61例VVI型心脏起搏器植入患者分别于术中,术后1周、1个月、3个月及6个月测定起搏阈值。结果所有患者术后各时间点起搏阈值均明显高于术中(P<0.01),以术后1周达峰值,随后降低,3个月后开始稳定。16例植入术后服用倍他乐克组与45例未用任何抗心律失常药物组比较,术中及术后各相同时间点起搏阈值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论VVI型心脏起搏器植入术后6个月内,起搏阈值明显升高;口服小剂量倍他乐克不影响起搏阈值。
Objective To observe the change rule of pacing threshold after VVI permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation and the effect of metoprolol on it. Methods Sixty-one patients with VVI pacemaker implantation were enrolled in the study. The pacing thresholds were determined during operation, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation. Results All patients had significantly higher pacing thresholds at all time points after operation (P <0.01), peaked at 1 week after operation, then decreased and stabilized after 3 months. Compared with 45 patients without any antiarrhythmic drug group, there were no significant differences in pacing threshold between the 16 patients who received betaxetacol after operation and the same time after operation (P> 0.05). Conclusions Within 6 months after VVI cardiac pacemaker implantation, the pacing threshold is significantly increased. Small doses of betalok does not affect the pacing threshold.
