随着新课改的深入,小组合作学习的方式已在课堂教学中得到广泛应用。但在教学实践中常出现与小组合作内涵不协调的一面,有些合作一看就知道是为公开课而应付凑合的,小组内同学间不具备合作的心理倾向,不能进行有效的互动交流;有的小组合作成为“优生”挑大梁,“学困生”跑龙套的“假合作”。导致这种低效的真正原因不在于小组合作教学本身,而是教师认识的偏颇。下面结合本人的工作亲历,浅谈对小组合作学习这一教法的粗浅认识。
With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the group cooperative learning has been widely used in classroom teaching. However, in the teaching practice, the connotation of co-operation with the group often shows an uncoordinated aspect. Some co-workers know that it is appropriate to cope with the open class at a glance. The students in the group do not have the psychological tendency of co-operation and can not conduct effective interactive exchanges. Team cooperation to become “eugenics ” to play the leading role, “learning difficulties students ” running the sleeve “fake cooperation ”. The real reason for this inefficiency does not lie in the cooperative teaching of the group itself, but rather the bias of teachers. The following combined with my own personal experience, on the group to learn the superficial understanding of this method.
