孕妇钟某,27岁。1988年9月19日,第3次怀孕至足月,剖宫产1活男婴,体重3.0kg,出生后1小时死于呼吸衰竭。尸体解剖发现双侧肾脏明显增大,8×7×5cm大小,表面凹凸不平,剖开肾实质呈蜂窝状,病理检查诊断为:先天性多囊肾。孕妇第1胎是男婴,第2胎是女婴,均于出生后2小时内死于呼吸哀竭,尸解均发现肾脏增大,病理检查诊断为:先天性多囊肾。
