目的:探究根茎类中药生药颗粒与传统中药材饮片的效能,为后期药材生产及临床应用提供参考。方法:选择生药颗粒型及中药饮片型人参、黄芪、党参各30g作为研究药剂,对三种中药材的有效成分煎出率进行分析。结果:提取条件相同的情况下,根茎类中药生药颗粒剂比传统中药材饮片的提取率明显更高。结论:该研究可为中成药的生产及后期中药配伍提供重要依据。
Objective: To investigate the potency of rhizome traditional Chinese medicine granule and traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, and to provide reference for the production and clinical application of medicinal herbs in the later period. Methods: Select the crude drug granules and Chinese Herbal Pieces ginseng, Astragalus, Codonopsis 30g as the research agent, the three Chinese herbal medicines of the active ingredient fried rate analysis. Results: Under the same extraction conditions, the extraction rate of rhizome herbs granules was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese herbal medicines. Conclusion: This study can provide an important basis for the production of traditional Chinese medicine and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in the later period.
