硒是人体必需的14种微量元素之一,近20年来,越来越多的研究发现硒具有清除自由基、抗癌、保护肝脏、防衰老、增强免疫等生物学功能(Bechma,1999;Raymanmp,2000;Cannsa,2000;Cchuff,2004;Sorian,2004),国内外也通过生物富集的方法相继研制开发了多种富硒食品(Ipcp,1994;胡秋辉等,2000;Finley et al.,2003)。关于藻类对硒的富集研究虽已开展多年,但大部分都集中于微藻上(喻达辉等,2000;王大志等,1997;杨逸萍等,1994),很少研究大型海藻对硒的富集。作为富含碘的海
