创办单位:顺义区胜利街道胜利社区党支部主要做法:2004年,胜利社区党支部成立了社区党员志愿服务队,义务为群众服务。党员志愿服务队按照党员的特长设置不同的服务岗位,把那些思想素质较高、懂管理、会经营的党员安排到政策宣传、法制教育等岗位;把那些德高望重、办事公道的党员安排到民事调解、环境卫生保护等岗位;把那些身体好、敢于同坏人坏事作斗争的党员安排到治安巡逻等岗位。
