目的探讨子宫压迫缝合术在产后出血治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析2014年8月至2015年8月我院收治的30例产后出血患者,采用不同方式的子宫压迫缝合术治疗不同原因的产后出血的效果。结果 30例患者中29例经子宫压迫缝合术治疗后能有效止血,有效率96.66%。术后均无并发症发生,42天B超检查除1例提示子宫切口见3mm×4 mm液性暗区,其余均提示子宫切口愈合良好,子宫体血运良好,无晚期产后出血的发生。结论子宫压迫缝合术可用于治疗各种原因所致的产后出血,术式简单易学,疗效良好。
Objective To investigate the application of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 was performed. Uterine compression suture was used to treat postpartum hemorrhage with different causes. Results Twenty-nine of 30 patients were treated with uterine compression suture, which could effectively stop bleeding and the effective rate was 96.66%. No complications occurred after operation. One case of 42-day B-ultrasound showed that the uterine incision showed a 3mm × 4mm liquid dark area, and the rest showed that the uterine incision healed well and uterine body blood flow was good without any postpartum hemorrhage. Conclusion Uterine compression suture can be used for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by various reasons, the operation is simple and easy to learn, the curative effect is good.
