目的探讨乳腺癌患者应用三维多普勒超声诊断的临床价值。方法 50例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,对其进行彩色三维多普勒超声检查。结果三维多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的符合率为92.00%,与病理诊断100.00%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本组患者三维多普勒超声主要表现:伴有散在恶性钙化,病灶低回声团块中有微小的强回声光点;肿块形态无规则,表现为低回声及不均匀回声;病灶内部及四周有动静脉血液信号;低回声团块与低回声区后的纵横比>1。结论三维多普勒超声在乳腺癌患者中具有较高的临床诊断价值,适于临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 50 cases of breast cancer patients as the research object, its color Doppler ultrasound. Results The coincidence rate of three-dimensional Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 92.00%, which was not significantly different from the pathological diagnosis of 100.00% (P> 0.05). This group of patients with three-dimensional Doppler ultrasound main manifestations: with scattered malignant calcification, lesion hypoechoic mass in the tiny echo points; tumor morphology irregular, showing hypoechoic and uneven echo; lesion within and around Arteriovenous blood signal; low echo mass and low echo area after the aspect ratio> 1. Conclusion Three-dimensional Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer patients with high clinical diagnostic value, suitable for clinical application.
