Orthogonal design test was used to optimize the two best prescriptions for preparation of cyclosporin liposomes (1), and a solution was prepared. The particle size distribution was calculated microscopically and was determined semi-quantitatively by thin-layer chromatography The encapsulation efficiency of the two kinds of prescriptions was 91.0% and 86.5% respectively. On this basis, 1 external preparation was prepared. The contents of cyclosporine in the preparation were determined by high performance liquid chromatography
