薏附冲剂消化道给药能对抗垂体后叶素所致的冠状动脉痉挛 ;抑制异丙肾上腺素所致的异常心电图的出现 ,抑制异丙肾上腺素所致心肌梗死大鼠血清SGOT、CKP、LDH的升高 ;显著增加小鼠心肌营养血流量。表明薏附冲剂对心肌缺血的保护作用与缓解冠状动脉痉挛、增加心肌营养血流量、调节和维持心肌在缺血状态下氧代谢及能量的供需平衡有关。
Indwelling granules in the digestive tract can treat the coronary artery spasm caused by pituitrin; inhibit the appearance of abnormal electrocardiogram induced by isoproterenol; and inhibit the serum SGOT, CKP, and LDH in isoproterenol-induced myocardial infarction rats. The increase; significantly increased myocardial blood flow in mice. It shows that the protective effect of Qinyin Granules on myocardial ischemia is related to the relief of coronary artery spasm, increase of myocardial nutrient blood flow, and regulation and maintenance of oxygen supply and demand balance of myocardial oxygen metabolism and ischemia.
