机械采油耗电在油田生产中约占总耗电的1/3。由于抽油机工作为变载运行,原有抽油机电容器补偿采用固定补偿,经常出现欠补或过补,电机工作效率低,耗电严重。BJK型节能控制装置较好地解决了有功、无功的合理节省与稳定、实用方面的问题。经过现场运行检测,BJK型抽油机节能控制装置能够大幅度地降低抽油机井电动机的无功功率和有功功率,提高功率因数到0.9左右,同时能改善供电系统的污染,减少网损,取得了良好的运行效果和经济效益。
