多晶硅工厂的设备装置多为压力容器,由于多晶硅生产工艺对生产过程物料的洁净度和连续性要求极高,因此压力容器的定期检验难免会对生产的稳定运行造成影响,使企业生产成本增加。本文介绍了采取RBI(风险评估法)技术在某多晶硅工厂的运用情况,为同行业的该类设备检验提供了借鉴和指导。
Polysilicon plant equipment mostly pressure vessels, polysilicon production process due to the high purity and continuity of the production process materials, so the regular inspection of pressure vessels will inevitably affect the stable operation of production, so that enterprises increase production costs. This paper introduces the application of RBI (risk assessment method) technology in a polycrystalline silicon factory, which provides reference and guidance for the inspection of such equipment in the same industry.
