体育教学管理工作是高校体育工作的重要部分,直接关系到教学秩序的稳定和教学质量的提高。本文主要研究了高校体育教学管理工作的特点和内容,并找出其发展中遇到的问题漏洞以及提出体育教学管理对策,为提高普通高校体育教学管理工作提供参考意见。
The management of physical education is an important part of college physical education, which is directly related to the stability of teaching order and the improvement of teaching quality. This paper mainly studies the characteristics and content of physical education teaching management in colleges and universities, and finds out the problems and loopholes encountered in its development and puts forward the strategies of physical education management, which will provide reference for improving the teaching management of physical education in colleges and universities.
