以假苹婆和苹婆为砧木,分别采用切接和皮接两种嫁接方法进行了苹婆嫁接试验。结果表明,假苹婆为砧木,采用半木质化嫩枝为接穗的切接成活率达到了75.56%,与苹婆砧木的成活率无显著性差异;平均抽芽时间16.61d,与苹婆砧木处理无显著性差异;嫁接成活后第一轮新梢长度3.09cm,粗0.42cm,与苹婆砧木嫁接苗无显著性差异。假苹婆为砧木,采用皮接的成活率比苹婆砧木高,抽芽时间比苹婆砧木短,第一轮新梢生长量比苹婆砧木大;假苹婆砧木及苹婆砧木的嫁接口均愈合良好,嫁接苗生长正常。
