采用高速锤加载方式,研究了一种高碳低合金钢处于非剪切变形加载条件下的热塑剪切带的形成发展规律,试验结果表明:在目前的加载速率下,形成的剪切带是一种变形带,而不是相变带;带的形成与材料内部的二相粒子的尺度大小没有太大的关联.
A high-speed hammer loading method was used to study the formation and development of a thermoplastic high-carbon low-alloy steel under non-shear deformation loading conditions. The experimental results show that under the current loading rate, the shear band formed Is a deformation zone, rather than a phase transition zone; the formation of the band is not much related to the size of the two-phase particles inside the material.
