2011年10月18日,党的十七届六中全会通过《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,文件中首次明确提出“加快发展文化产业,推动文化产业成为国民经济支柱性产业”。这是中央对文化产业发展做出的一次重要部署,将使文化产业在国民经济中的地位得到不断强化。打造文化航母,把文化产业做大做强,这是业界的梦想,国人的呼唤,政府的期盼。
On October 18, 2011, the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee passed the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform of the Cultural System and Promoting the Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture. Some important issues in the document include “Accelerating the Development of Culture Industry, promoting cultural industries to become the pillar industries of the national economy. ” This is an important deployment made by the Central Government to the development of the cultural industry, which will continuously strengthen the position of the cultural industry in the national economy. To build a cultural carrier and to make the cultural industry bigger and stronger is the dream of the industry, the call of the people and the expectation of the government.
