本实验是观察大白鼠在下述两种病理条件下肝脏OCT活力的变化。(一)雄性激素的影响选用体重200~300克健康雄性大白鼠,分为四组,按以下处理:(1)对照组:进行假手术,(2)去势组:两侧摘除睾丸;(3)去势并摄入睾丸酮组:摘除两侧睾丸后,每隔日肌肉注射丙酸睾丸酮油剂一次(1毫克/每公斤体重);(4)去势并摄入橄榄油组;摘除两侧睾丸后,每隔日肌肉注射橄榄油一次,每次注射体积与丙酸睾丸酮油剂相当。各组动物经手术后,继续用普通饲料喂养半个月,然后用乙醚麻醉,断头杀死,剖腹取出肝脏,测定其OCT活力。结果如表1所示。
