随着我国经济体制改革的深入,社会保障制度改革也不断深化,社会保障基金规模逐步扩大,基金来源更加多元化,而社会保障基金是社会保障制度实施的核心内容,对社会保障基金实行有效的管理,不仅关系到广大劳动者的切身利益,也是社会保障制度能否正常、有序运行的关键。目前我国的社会保障体系建设尚处于初级阶段,在基金管理方面还存在一些问题,仍需进一步加以规范。现就社保基金管理中存在的问题及对策和建议谈一谈。
