On the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day Festival, a happy and peaceful atmosphere has emerged throughout the country. The third enlarged meeting of the Fourth Council of the China Leather Industry Association was held on September 25-27, 2001 in Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel. Representatives of leather industry companies from across the country, heads of local associations, and more than 300 leading comrades from national authorities and some local governments attended the conference.
