用中药止喘1号和免疫1号口服液治疗小儿支气管哮喘,治疗组78例,对照组40例.分别观察治疗1周、1个月、2个月后PEFR值和PEFR变异率值.总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组,P<0.05.有显著性差异.服止喘一号同时服免疫一号2～4疗程观察体液免疫IgG、IgA、IgM和T细胞亚群CD_4、CD_8、CD_4/CD_8,IgG、IgA、CD_8提高,CD_4、CD_4/CD_8下降,经统计学处理有显著性差异.说明免疫1号能提高机体的免疫功能,增强体力,从而控制哮喘的发作.2药合用提高疗效,缩短疗程,减少复发.
